Chez Betty is located in the Copper Bottom Inn just off Park Avenue in historic Park City, Utah. Open since 1991 it features a warm and unique ambiance, award-winning service, and quality cuisine featuring Chef Jerry Garcia's renowned culinary expertise. The seasonal menu has been described as "American" and "lighter than French" featuring dishes such as Sautéed French Burgundy Escargot in Puff Pastry with Garlic, Tomatoes, Red Peppers, and Country Ham, and Entrées of Grilled Beef Tenderloin on a Crispy Potato Pancake with Sautéed Spinach, Smoked Onion Demi-Glace and topped with Haystack Onions. Also featuring New Zealand Rack of Lamb Marinated in Garlic and Herbs with Roast Potatoes, Braised Mushrooms and Spinach finished with Green Peppercorn Demi-Glace among others.
